New NES109 shape and NES109 ice criteria with area up to downflooding
Creates two new generic criteria objects for NES109 Shape and NES109 Ice. This overcomes a problem found by STGSS1 in Paramarine v2.04 where the criteria did not terminate the area calculations at the downflooding angle. This has subsequently been fixed in versions v3.0 and later. This macro exists to show users how to create their own generic stability criteria.
